I've seen VTE's on a 60 Froob Enfo Trox. Should be doable.

I'm 50ish points short and too noob in ao again to think of items.

Yup that setup in the thread which Ar1z posted pretty much sums it all up.

It should actually be even easier to do it now that there's the gauntlet buff. Don't forget ICRT too.

If you are really really desperate, don't forget the Nano Can (Neuronal Stimulator)! It's froob friendly! (But you have to use paid points for it, or buy it from someone else )
