Low lvl : Optimizing the ql of armor

These methods are mostly usable for low level characters. Note that it's very rare in low lvl pvp that someone would cast -12 ability nanos.

Let's assume you have a made your twink and are in the final step of choosing correct ql of your armor.
Most people go with equipping what ever armor they can wear without it being oe.

Armor

Example case: Twink has 100 str, 100 sta and wishes to equip rhinoman leater boots

With non-oe rule we get 100/0.8 = 125
-> 50 rhinoman boots, 83 ac, mm 4, piercing 6, riposte 6, rs 6

Is the best ql of rhinoman boots one could wear? Turns out that the answer is no.
If the said character accepts that boots are 75% oe, -> 100/0.6 = 167
-> 68 boots, 113 * 0.75 = 85 ac, mm 5, piercing 7, riposte 7, rs 7
We have gained 2 ac, 1 mm, 1 piercing, 1 riposte and 1 rs

What if we accept that it's ok that the armor is 50% oe 100 / 0.4 = 250
(this is mostly theoretical as it's unlikely that could you equip most of your armors this high)
-> 104 boots, 173 * 0.5 = 87 ac, mm 8, piercing 11, riposte 11, rs 11
Compared to original we have gained 4 ac, 4 mm, 5 piercing, 5 riposte and 5 rs
