I sacrificed 50 AR for gripper because of the +dmg and the ability to use totw pads (str regs). I 've made this setup long time ago and didn't bother to check it again before posting it. So yes it is possible to twink it a few levels lower using AR shiny implant. I wish sergeant's knowledge wasn't level locked to 25 tho.

I'm going to attempt to compile all of this information in one post.
I am putting rollable guns in blue, bolding boss drops, and bold, italisized for dungeon or dyna loot.

Assault Rifle, only assault rifle.
Basic Rollable Assault Rifles, plus upgraded versions Nothing special here. just your basics. ll-Treated Flamethrower and ll-Treated Gatling Saw 20k have minimum damage, no upgrades.


Assault Rifle + Burst and/or Flingshot
LVL 1-15ish: Solar-Powered Assault Rifle (Soldiers Startup Weapon) Upgrade to BO-18 - Burst and Fling Shot
Lvl 10-50 Eradicator XCI-52 only flingshot, useful as a filler whenever you can't get the dynaloot weapon you really want.
LVL 15ish-70: Neutrino Flash (Drops from Notum Habit in Steps of Madness) - Burst only (but apparently a VERY fast one now that it has been unnerfed - Ranged Styg?)
LVL 95ish-174: MTI F-88 Cineration (Dyna Loot only) (although GBD2222, a very reliable source, says they drop from the balls in Belial Forest below.) - Fling Shot & Burst (apparently very nice cycle). Add critscope to keep until 174.

AR + Full Auto
Lvl 15-? OT Rancho quick burst cycle too
LVL 71-95ish: Hellspinner Shock Cannon (drops from Prototype Inferno in Cyborg barracks) - Burst and Full Auto (Bad Cycles but still very good at this levels)
LVL 95ish-174: BBI Gyro Guns - Burst and Full Auto (Decent Cycles)
LVL 120ish-199 (if you are the luckiest soldier in the world): Inner Circle Strategic Flamer (Chest Loot, NODROP) - Burst and Full Auto (What a burst cycle! And it buffs intel...craziness) Not so good for raids, especially at the high end of the level range, but for pvm it's good to keep.
Alternatively:
LVL 175-200: Hellfury/Hellspinner NoDrop - Burst/Burst and Full Auto (Faster burst for Hellfury ofc) (Cyborg barracks)

AR & Ranged Energy
LVL 1-15ish: Solar AR (Soldiers Startup Weapon) - Burst and Fling Shot
LVL 70ish-174: Division 9 Plasmaprojector
Lvl ? to 105ish Nova Flow MKIV. The Nova flow can be upgraded, is rollable, and available in all quality levels.
LVL 120ish to 175 Nophex Plasma Destryer I and Nophex Plasma Destroyer II. Drops from Notum Soldier.

Ranged Energy + Fling Shot

LVL 30-80(?) Cheeping Flamethrower of Zuwadza Drops from Elian Zuwadza, Galway Shire 480 x 1300, spawns every 18hrs

AR + Nano Programming (of all things)
LVL10-24, maybe BBI Ranged Restraint Carbine (Joith gun) High minimum damge, small clip, remember to always reload before Burst.

SMG + Burst
Blackbirds drops from Cenobite Shadows in Crypt of Home.

Soldiers who use a Nophex don't generally wait until level 200 for it. Usually it's used from level 120ish to 175, after which they change to a hellspinner or fury.

MTI F-88 Cineration Champion - I'd slap on a critscope and use it to 174.
Inner Circle Strategic Flamer - for non-raiding, all the way to 199.
Division 9 Plasmaprojector - too slow at low levels, maybe from 70ish. No further than 174.
Nova Flow Mk IV - only until early tl4 when you can switch to a ql200 div9 with capped burst, Nophex or Cineration. Your link points at the Mk I btw.

AR + (Burst +) FullAuto: BBI Gyro can be used from low levels on, because it's faster at lower QLs (i.e. scales from 1/1 at QL1 to 2/2 at QL200). In return, I would never touch the OT Rancho, because it's painfully slow. Downside is getting hold of one (BBI Gyro, that is); I have no idea if there are any blitzable FullAuto capable guns worth getting.

well the joith gun that so many people put down...at lvl 10 I had a trox soldier with only ql 30 implants...and used that gun at ql 20 and could do 400+ bursts on workman strikers in the subway. Not the best gun for over dpm because of the recharges but one hitting a striker is no easy feat as a lvl 10 froob. Also had the upside of no real cluster conflicts to worry about so no problem even selfing the wep, if i remember correctly. Another upside is without any real twinking(ql 30 imps, ql 20 gun, med suit for stims) you had a very usable soldier that required no osbs and could get your alt levels fairly easily in the subway. past the old euminedes spawn was a no-no because of the slow recharge but the burst far outweighs that imo.

I thougt mission bosses have the same loot table as dyna bosses?

Apart from CRU, anything that can drop from a mission boss can also drop from a dyna, but dyna's can drop some more stuff too.
Most non-rollable nano's for professions other than advy and all weapons introduced with patch 14.9 can only drop from dyna's (you can use auno.org to check with which patch an item was introduced).

I'm gonna suggest dual Revolving Cold Laser for early TL5/late TL4+ setup. That's what my guy Carrion is running around with now after switching from a QL191 Inner Circle Strategic Flamer, and they're definitely at least on par with, if not better than the ICSF. The lack of specials (other than Fling Shot) means it's a very good idea to slap on a crit scope though. At TL5 title cap I've got RE triple implanted and still able to self-cast OS and RRFE/TMSX, so I don't feel like I'm sacrificing any nanos.

Not rollable, rather a rare drop off token gun mobs, though it apparently used to be much more common as I understand it. I had the luck to find one, then got the other off GMS (where they appear to be somewhat expensive, to boot - an org mate bought the cheapest one for 30m and gave it to me).
